WHAT IS LIVE LOVE CLEARWATER ALL ABOUT? 

Our mission is to create an atmosphere where local makers and artists can connect with customers and to create a community of support for local and handmade businesses. We want to come together to celebrate all of the local businesses, artists, musicians, and the people of Clearwater and Tampa Bay! 

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE MARKET?

Live Love Local Fest will be Saturday April 22nd from 10am-4pm in Coachman Park Downtown Clearwater. It will celebrate all things local to the Clearwater area with 100+ vendors, live music, live art, activities and games, and so much more! Hundreds of vendors, breweries, and food trucks will be in attendance and thousands of attendees will crowd Coachman Park. 

VENDOR FEES:

Non Refundable Application Fee- $15
Shared 10x10 Booth: $150 *limited
10x10 booth: $100
6 foot table Space: $75 
Electricity -  $25

VENDOR FEES MUST BE PAID UPFRONT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FESTIVAL. If you are not accepted into the festival your booth fees will be refunded.

WHAT KIND OF VENDORS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

We aim to create a diverse culture of various types of artists, food booths and vendors at Live Love Clearwater. We are looking for makers who are committed and have high-quality products that will make the festival a success. 

We accept applications from vendors with: 

  • Vintage or Antique collectables
  • High Quality Craft and Handmade items
  • Up-cycled or restored salvage
  • Original art 
  • Food Trucks and Tented Food Vendors

We do not accept vendors with: 

  • Direct Sales
  • Multi Level marketing (Mary Kay, LulaRoe, It Works, etc).
  • Wholesale distributors
  • Franchises

 We are looking for handmade artists and small local businesses when we choose our vendors. 

Please understand that we have a capped amount of vendors per category to make sure the market maintains a standard of high-quality and variety. A creative and clean display, presence on social media,  positive attitude and, high quality products are all things we look for when we are selecting vendors for this event. 

DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT PHOTOS WITH MY APPLICATION?

Yes. This is required applications without booth and product photos will not be evaluated. When submitting you will be asked to email 3-5 photos of your booth and product photos to liveloveclw@piercestreetmarket.com

HOW ARE VENDORS EVALUATED AND SELECTED? 

Applications are reviewed by the a team based on: quality of the product, production of the product, product cohesiveness and brand, presence on social media, and fit with the overall aesthetics of the event. Your display plays a very important role in your acceptence into LLCLW. We want vendors to help create displays that are carefully crafted and styled to appeal to our attendees and ultimately yourself! Feel free to check out our Application Tips page for more! 

CAN I GET ELECTRICITY?

There is electricity in event area, but it is limited. Please specify if you would like electricity in your application and we will see what we can do! Electricity is $25 and is limited on a first come serve basis. Vendors with necessity for electricity to generate power for an appliance or special display will be given priority to electric. Vendors may bring a small quiet generator for smaller needs.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE WITH MY SPACE?

When you are accepted you will receive either a 10x10 booth, 6 foot table or a space for your food truck. All vendors will have a bio on our website for attendees to view as well as a shoutout on the Pierce Street Market & Live Local Clearwater Instagram. This event is hosted by the City of Clearwater and the week will be well promoted throughout Pinellas County. The turnout will be fantastic.

HOW DO I APPLY IF IM SHARING A BOOTH?

If you and another vendor are planning on sharing a booth then one vendor needs to be the main point of contact and submit the application with both business names and info in the same application. Then submit an email to liveloveclw@piercestreetmarket.com to indicate that you will be sharing a booth with another business. Payments need to be arranged between you and the other vendor, we cannot split payments in our system.

DO I HAVE TO BE LOCATED IN CLEARWATER?

You must be in the Tampa Bay Area to apply. Clearwater businesses will be given priority over non Clearwater businesses. 

HOW ARE VENDORS NOTIFIED ONCE THE APPLICATION IS REVIEWED? 

You will be sent an email confirming if you have been accepted into LLCLW. Please add liveloveclw@piercestreetmarket.com to your email safe list to ensure you get any and all emails from us! Please allow a few days to review your application, we receive many applications each day. Also check your spam folder if you have not received an email after a week.

HOW ARE WE PROMOTING THE EVENT?

LLCLW is promoted via Facebook, Instagram, and through postcards being distributed in near by neighborhoods and businesses all over Tampa Bay. We are also partnering with the City of Clearwater's Fun in the Sun week and being promoted through all of their avenues. We are also on various websites and groups. You can also find our  post cards at Nature's Food Patch! 

ALL vendors are expected to participate and partner with us in helping spread and promote the event. This includes sharing our promotional ads, or creating ones of your own, providing sneak peaks and doing email blasts to your followers. An active presence on social media is a HUGE plus. 

CAN I BRING MY PET OR CHILD WITH ME?

Yes! We are family and pet friendly at LLCLW! We love having kids and furry friends around. Please make sure your pet is on a leash, calm, and friendly as there are other pets that attend the event as well. We want to make sure they have lots of fun ! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL ? 

If you have to cancel or simply cannot attend please email liveloveclw@piercestreetmarket.com. We do not issue any refunds and once you have been accepted. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

LLCLW will operate rain or shine, we expect our vendors to plan ahead and come prepared with the appropriate equipment (tents, tarps, extra weights, ropes, etc) needed to protect their items, be ready to vend regardless of the weather. If you are not comfortable vending rain or shine, then this may not be the event for you. 

In the unlikely case where we have to cancel due to severe rain, wind, or lightning, vendors will be notified. There will be no refund, please consider getting vendor insurance. 

 WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T GET ACCEPTED?

If you do not get accepted to LLCLW, you booth fee will be refunded. The application fee is a non-fundable $15 that covers administrative costs.
